about
Systems — I'd rather understand what's underneath than trust that it works.
I'm an engineer who likes figuring out how things work.
Most of my free time tends to disappear into computers, Linux, games, small tools, and whatever else happens to catch my attention. Sometimes that turns into a useful project. Sometimes it turns into a weekend of debugging something that probably worked fine to begin with.
I like making things, but I also like taking things apart, changing them, and seeing whether they can be made a little nicer to use.
A lot of what ends up here comes from small annoyances:
- something I do too often,
- something that takes too many clicks,
- something that feels unnecessarily complicated,
- or simply something I become curious about.
So I make a tool, change a workflow, write something down, or occasionally start another project that I definitely didn't need.
This site is mostly a place to keep track of those things.
No particular master plan. Just a growing collection of projects, notes, experiments, and rabbit holes.
